CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENTConsulting Services Agreement • April 14th, 2025
(“Consultant”) and the Public Employees’ Retirement Association of Colorado (“PERA”), with regard to Consultant’s provision to PERA of certain consulting Services for or on behalf of PERA, all of which Services are more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto (the “Services”). This Agreement supersedes any and all agreements previously executed between the parties and any amendments thereto.
