The City has been in negotiations to sell approximately two and one half acres of property in the Gateway General Binding Site Plan (former airport site) to the Family Care Network. The buyer intends to develop a primary care medical facility, a medical laboratory, and an urgent care facility with associated parking and site improvements. The proposal originally involved property at the north end of the site adjacent to H Street, SR-543, and Grant Avenue.
