This Vehicle Donation and Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into and effective this day of June, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and between a California “Employer,” and CalVans, a public transportation provider sponsored by the California Vanpool Authority, a public transit agency (“CalVans”).
