, 2012, by and between BANCROFT NEUROHEALTH, a New Jersey nonprofit corporation, with an address of One Hopkins Lane, Haddonfield, New Jersey 08033 (“Seller”) and the HADDONFIELD BOARD OF EDUCATION, a body politic, with an address of One Lincoln Avenue, Haddonfield, New Jersey 08033 (“Purchaser”; and together with Seller, sometimes together herein referred to as the “Parties”). The BOROUGH OF HADDONFIELD (“Borough”) is joining in this Agreement for purposes of Articles 9(a), 14 and 19 hereof.
