This Funding Agreement (“FA”) is made and entered into effective as of June 30, 2021 (“Effective Date”), and is by and between the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority ("LACMTA") and City of Carson ("GRANTEE") for Carson Street ITS Project, LACMTA Project ID# MM5507.02 and FTIP# LA9919028, (the "Project"). This Project is eligible for funding under Line 63 of the Measure M Expenditure Plan.
