This Amended and Restated Operating Agreement (the “Operating Agreement”) of Sandhills Renewable Energy, LLC (the “Company”) is adopted effective as of September 8, 2023 (the “Effective Date”) by and among the undersigned Members of the Company, (“Members”), and any successors, assignees, transferees, additional or substituted Members (as identified on any amendments or schedules attached hereto).
