THIS CONTRACT, made and entered into by and between Brandt Excavating LLC, 1900 Centerpark Rd., Lincoln, NE 68512, hereinafter called the Contractor, and the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, a municipal corporation, and the County of Lancaster, Nebraska, a political subdivision of the State of Nebraska, and the Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission hereinafter called the “Owners”.
