The Agreement is made this 19th day of April 2016, by and between FESCO Emergency Sales [VA Dealer], of 11074 Air Park Road, Ashland, Virginia 23005 and Spartan ERV [Manufacturer] of 907 7th Avenue North, Brandon, South Dakota 57005 (parties of the first part, who are jointly and severally responsible for performance of this contract and hereinafter known as “Contractor”), and the County of Dinwiddie, Virginia (party of the second part, and hereinafter known as “County”).
