Additional Terms & Conditions(ATC) Date: XX.10.2024 Section :A:NIT 1 Description of work: Framework Agreement(FA) of Radiographic testing on Butt welds by IR-192 at Fabrication Plant. 2 Quantum of work: As per STC (Section II) of ATC 3 EMD Rs.72,540/- 4 Duration of Contract: The period of contract will be for 01 (One) year 5 Evaluation. Bidder to quote prices including GST. No GST shall be paid over quotedprice. 6 Security deposit The total amount of Security Deposit will be 05 % of the total Contract Value. 7 Applicability of PF , ESI, Bonus & Leave with wages clause Not Applicable. 8 Integrity Pact Not Applicable 9 PVC Clause Not Applicable 10 BHEL reserve the right to accept or reject any of the bid/all bids or cancel/withdraw theinvitation for bid without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidders shall have any claim arising out of such action by BHEL. 11 BHEL can accept/reject any or all tenders fully or partly, reduce/increase quant
