This Third Amendment to the City of San Bernardino’s Exclusive Franchise Agreement for Integrated Solid Waste Collection, Processing, and Disposal Services with Burrtec Waste Industries, Inc. (“Third Amendment”) is made and entered into as of July 3, 2024 (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of San Bernardino, a charter city and municipal corporation (“City”) and Burrtec Waste Industries, Inc. a California corporation organized under the laws of the State of California (“Contractor”). City and Contractor are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
