It is agreed by Purchaser and the Lodge that the total cost of one Endowed Membership is Eight Hundred Dollars ($800.00) as prescribed by The Grand Lodge of Ohio Code Section 29.06, and that Purchaser desires to purchase an Endowed Membership on the installment plan as approved by the Lodge.
