This Master Software Licence and Subscription Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between AvePoint UK, Ltd. (“AvePoint”) including if and where applicable its Affiliates (as defined below), and the entity shown on the Order who is granted the rights to use AvePoint’s Services and/or Products (“Customer”), for use of certain of AvePoint’s Services and/or Products (“Solutions”). AvePoint and the Customer shall each be
