This Cboe Global Markets North American Data Agreement (this “Agreement”), with an effective date as of the date executed on the signature page hereof, is made by and between CDS and Data Recipient. This Agreement is supplemented by the North American Data Policies, applicable Regulatory Requirements, Fee Schedules, CDS Specifications and other documents incorporated by reference, available on Cboe Global Markets’ website or successor website (the "Website"), and any Additional Agreements executed by the parties, as may be amended, modified, or supplemented from time to time, that together form the entire agreement between the parties hereto. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Agreement are defined in the North American Data Policies, Regulatory Requirements, or Fee Schedules.
