This agreement made as of this day of 2005, by and between the Borough of Avon-By-The-Sea, Monmouth County, New Jersey, hereinafter referred to as the “Employer” and TEAMSTERS LOCAL UNION NO. 701 hereinafter referred to as the “UNION”.
