As the City of San Diego (City) continues its efforts to wind down the operations and administer the assets of its former Redevelopment Agency (Former RDA), your assistance is requested in completing the subject Compensation Agreements with your agency and the other local Affected Taxing Entities (ATEs). The redevelopment dissolution laws require the City and its counterpart Successor Agency to dispose of the Former RDA’s non-housing real property assets in accordance with a State Department of Finance approved Long Range Property Management Plan (LRPMP), which guides the disposition of those sites. The ATEs previously approved and signed three such agreements, associated with the Former RDA’s 3067 University (Woolworth Building), Valencia Business Park, and Tailgate Park sites.
