(hereinafter called "the Vendor") of the one part and the Mortgagor of the other part the Vendor agreed to sell and the Mortgagor agreed to purchase the property more particularly described in the Schedule hereto (hereinafter called "the Mortgaged Property") subject to inter alia the provisions of the Housing and Development Act Cap. 129 (the “H&D Act”) and its relevant subsidiary legislation, all prevailing policies of the Housing and Development Board (“HDB”) applicable to Design-Build-and Sell Scheme (“DBSS”) established under Part IVB H&D Act, all prevailing policies applicable to purchase of an HDB flat under the HDB Homeownership Scheme (so far as relevant to DBSS) as well as to such other directions or instructions as may be issued by HDB from time to time and the various terms and conditions, covenants and conditions, easements rights and privileges, exceptions and reservations, and special covenants and conditions more particularly set out and specified in the lease hereinafte
