In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Glenn Research Center, located at 21000 Brookpark Road, Cleveland, OH 44135 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA GRC") and National Technology & Engineering Solutions of Sandia, LLC located at P.O. Box 5800, Albuquerque, NM 87185-1495 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "NTESS"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
