Thank you for using the K-Bar Ranch II Community Development District’s (“District”) Amenities and/or participating in its community programs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining both your safety and health, and the safety and health of others, by reading and signing the following Consent and Waiver Agreement (“Agreement”). This Agreement applies to, but does not by itself grant any rights regarding, the use of any of the District’s Amenities, which feature among other things a clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pool, tennis courts, playground, multi-purpose field, and walking trails and to participation in any of the District’s many community programming activities.
