This Generator Interconnection Agreement (“SGIA”, “GIA”, or "Agreement") for a Small Generating Facility (as defined in the GIP) as applicable to Generating Facilities no larger than 20 MW, is made and entered into this day of , 20 , by San Diego Gas & Electric Company ("Distribution Provider"), and ("Interconnection Customer") with a Generating Facility, each hereinafter sometimes referred to individually as "Party" or both referred to collectively as the "Parties."
