Pursuant to this Agreement, (the “Amendment”), PATHNET, Inc. (“PATHNET”), and BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (“BellSouth”), hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties,” hereby agree to amend certain Interconnection Agreement between the Parties dated June 20, 2000 (“Agreement”).
