This Union Collective Agreement is made pursuant to Part 8 section 328 of the Workplace Relations Act 1996 between Cadbury Schweppes Pty Ltd – Food and Beverage Division (hereinafter called ‘the Employer’), its Employees and the Liquor Hospitality and Miscellaneous Union (hereinafter called ‘the Union’).
