The terms below govern the licensing and use of the Exact Online Services provided by Exact Software North America, LLC (or such other Exact entity or affiliate (an “Affiliate”) that delivers the Exact Online Services (“Exact”) to your company (“Customer”). These Terms are incorporated by reference into the applicable Order Document and constitute collectively the Exact Online Services Agreement (“Agreement”).
