These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) are between Blackdot Solutions Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales (number 07617704) having its registered office at Viola House, Maris Lane, Trumpington, Cambridge CB2 9LG (“Blackdot”) and the customer listed on the Order Form (“Customer”), and commence as of the commencement date stated on the first Order Form or the date Customer first starts using Videris, whichever is earlier (the “Commencement Date”). Blackdot and Customer are each a “party” and together the “parties”.
