This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) is hereby made and entered into by and between the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 3 and The Michigan DNRE, hereinafter referred to as “.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 3 and The Michigan DNRE,” and the USDA, Forest Service, Region 9, hereinafter referred to as the “U.S. Forest Service.”
