This Data Protection Addendum (“Addendum”) is dated , and is between School District No. 1 in the City and County of Denver and State of Colorado, d/b/a Denver Public Schools (“District”) and [CONTRACTOR NAME] (“Contractor”). This Addendum applies to all services provided by Contractor to District through the Contract, as defined herein. This Addendum and the Contract are collectively referred to hereinafter as “Agreement”.
