This Agreement is entered into by and between the San Diego Unified School District of San Diego County, California, a public school district existing in the State of California having its principal business office located at 4100 Normal Street, San Diego, California 92103 (hereinafter referred to as “District”) and ARCADIS-US, Inc., dba PinnacleOne, Inc., having its principal business office located at 9095 Rio San Diego Drive, Suite 240, San Diego, California 92108 (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”).
