This Agreement, ("Agreement"), is made and entered into this day of November 2019 by and between, Matthew Duchesne and Ashley G. Duchesne ("Owner"), Owner of the real property described below, and the City of Saratoga, California, a municipal corporation, ("City"). City and Owner may be referred to herein individually as a "Party" or collectively as the "Parties" or the "Parties to this Agreement."
