This Service Attachment (“SA”) for Cloud Services are between Centre Technologies, Inc. a Texas company (sometimes referred to as “we,” “us,” “our,” OR “Provider”), and the Customer found on the applicable Quote (sometimes referred to as “you,” “your,” OR “Customer”) and, together with the Quote and Master Services Agreement forms the Agreement. Collectively, these two entities are known as the Parties.
