SERVICES (hereinafter referred to as the “Amendment”), is made and entered into this fourteenth day of June 2017, by and between the OHLONE COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT (hereinafter “District”) and Cannon Design (hereinafter “Architect”) (jointly, the “Parties”) as follows:
