Enclosed for approval is the certified Site Management Plan, Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant, Paducah, Kentucky, Annual Revision—FY 2025, DOE/LX/07-2508&D2 (SMP). This version of the SMP addresses comments received from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on November 21, 2024, and December 2, 2024, and the Kentucky Department for Environmental Protection (KDEP) on December 2, 2024. In addition, revisions have been incorporated from discussions held during the November 21, 2024, Federal Facility Agreement (FFA) managers meeting.
