This Contract, by and between the State of Tennessee, Department of Commerce and Insurance, hereinafter referred to as the ‘State” and Metropolitan Govt of Nashville & Davidson, hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor,” is for the provision of annual fire and building safety inspection services for pre- kindergarten and kindergarten through twelfth grade schools, as further defined in the "SCOPE OF SERVICES."
