This Data Security Agreement (“Agreement”) effective July 11, 2025, is made and entered into this 11th day of July, 2025 by and between Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid, KeySpan Gas East Corporation d/b/a National Grid, and The Brooklyn Union Gas Company d/b/a National Grid NY (collectively, “National Grid”) (“Utility”) and The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA), an Energy Service Entity (“ESE”) with offices at 17 Columbia Circle, Albany, New York 12203; and together with Utility the ("Parties" and each, individually, a “Party”).
