This Funding Agreement is made this ___ day of ___, 2024 by and between the Nevada State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Nevada Conservation and Recreation Program, hereby (“PROGRAM”), Douglas County, hereby (“RECIPIENT”), and collectively as (“PARTIES”). The PARTIES hereby agree that any approval of RECIPIENT’S Project, and subsequent award of funds, if any, are expressly conditioned upon, and subject to the terms and conditions herein.
