THIS AGREEMENT made and entered this day of , 2021, by and between the BLAINE COUNTY AMBULANCE DISTRICT, a legal taxing district of the State of Idaho (hereinafter “the Ambulance District”), and WOOD RIVER FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, doing business as Wood River Fire and Rescue, a fire protection taxing district of the State of Idaho (hereinafter “W.R.F.P.D.”).
