THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 20th day of September, 2011, by and between the City of Maricopa, Arizona, an Arizona municipal corporation (“City”), and Western Technologies, Inc., an Arizona corporation (“Consultant”), for the project entitled On Call Geotechnical Engineering Services (“Project”)
