This AGREEMENT made and agreed between The AMERICAN GUILD OF MUSICAL ARTISTS, INC., 1430 Broadway, New York, NY 10018-3308 (hereinafter called “AGMA”) and THE SANTA FE OPERA, 301 Opera Drive, Santa Fe, NM 87506 (hereinafter called “MANAGEMENT”) shall constitute an agreement between the parties hereto for the work territory, conditions and compensation provided for herein.
