Box 173, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, GERDAU S.A. (“Gerdau”), GERDAU AÇOMINAS S.A. (“Gerdau Açominas”) and GERDAU AÇOS LONGOS S.A. (“Gerdau Aços Longos”), each a corporation (sociedade anônima) duly organized and existing under the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil (herein called the “Guarantors”), having their principal office at Avenida Dra.
