Licensed Mark means:(a) the Aussie Beef, Lamb, Goat and/or Veal logo(s) and Genki tagline (Japanese) set forth under “Trade Mark” in the Licence Application, in the specific forms, fonts, colours and variations as set out by MLA from time to time at https://www.aussiemeattradehub.com.au/aus siebeefandlambbrand/licensing program;(b) rights under any trade mark registrations and applications for those logo(s) in a country within the Territory; and(c) copyright in those logo(s) in a country within the Territory.Licensee means the applicant described in the Licence Application under the Applicant Details.Licensee Trade Mark means the trade marks owned or controlled by the Licensee that are used by the Licensee in relation to Products.MLA Materials means all information, material or resources made available by MLA to the Licensee during the Term of this Agreement, including graphics, artwork or design of or relating to the Aussie Beef, Lamb, Goat and Veal trade marks and other marketing mat
