WHEREAS Tender 315S/2021/22 was awarded to Metrofile SA (Pty) Ltd as the Main Service Provider and The Document Warehouse (Pty) Ltd t/a The Document Warehouse Coastal (Pty) Ltd, as the Standby Service Provider in line with the City’s Supply Chain Management Bid Adjudication Committee (‘SCMBAC’) resolution SCMB 64/08/22 dated 15 August 2022 for the Provision of a Scanning, Indexing and Storage service for the Forensic Services Department and Motor Vehicle Registration and Licensing section of the City of Cape Town, be accepted from the period of 01 July 2023 until 30 June 2028 (subject to approval of an MFMA section 33 process).
