This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legally binding agreement between Adivo, a Limited Liability Company with its principal place of business located at 3300 Arctic Blvd Suite 201 PMB 1072 Anchorage, AK 99503 United States ("Licensor," "we," "us," or "our"), and you, the end user ("End User," "User," or "you"). This Agreement governs your download, installation, and use of the software or services, including any related documentation (collectively, the "Licensed Application" or "Software").
