This Agreement for Employment of the Executive Director is entered into this 16th day of March, 2021 by and between the Forest Preserve District of DuPage County a body politic and corporate organized and existing under the Downstate Forest Preserve Act 70 ILCS 805/.01 et seq. (hereafter “District” or “EMPLOYER”) and Karie Friling (hereafter “Executive Director” or “EMPLOYEE”).
