THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth”), a Georgia Corporation, and NTCH-ET, Inc. a Tennessee Corporation and NTCH-West Tenn., Inc., a Tennessee Corporation (both collectively referred to as “Carrier”) and shall be deemed effective as of June 15, 2001, (the “Effective Date”). This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or Carrier or both as a “party” or “parties.”
