In consideration of the removal fee (if any) payable by the Customer to Egans, the Purchase Price (if any) payable by Egans to the Customer, Egans procuring the collection of goods from the Customer, Egans obtaining title to the goods from the Customer, and Egans supplying goods and/or services to the Customer. The Customer and Egans agree as follows.
