The Agreement is made this 16th day of June 2015, by and between Chesterfield Insurance Services Inc. dba Chesterfield Insurers, of P.O. Box 34220, 3535 Ironbridge Road, Richmond, Virginia 23234 (party of the first part, and hereinafter known as “Contractor”), and the County of Dinwiddie, Virginia (party of the second part, and hereinafter known as “County”).
