The Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC” or “System Agency”) and Border Region MHMR Community Center (“Grantee” or “Contractor”), who are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties,” to that certain Coordinated Specialty Care (“CSC”) contract effective March 07, 2019 and denominated HHSC Contract No. HHS000336300001 (the “Contract”), now desire to amend the Contract.
