This Agreement (“Agreement”) states the conditions under which the Stockton Unified School District (“District”), and participating school sites (“Sites”) will partner with Improve Your Tomorrow (“Partner”), hereinafter referred to as “the Parties,” as part of implementation of a 6-year, $12 million investment from California Volunteers in Stockton.
