This MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of January 1, 2025 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the Forest Preserve District of Kane County, Illinois, 1996 South Kirk Road, Suite 320, Geneva, IL 60134 (hereinafter referred to as “Owner”), and Landscapes Golf Management, LLC a Nebraska limited liability company (hereinafter referred to as “Manager”).
