This CONSULTANT MANAGEMENT SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of January 29, 2025 (the “Execution Date”), by and between Rubino Ventures IL, LLC an Illinois limited liability company (“Manager”) and NMG IL 1, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (the “Company”). Manager and the Company are each individually referred to herein as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties”.
