This Interconnection Agreement under Sections 251 and 252 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996, is effective as of the 14th day of January (the “Effective Date”), by and between Bell Atlantic- Virginia, Inc. (“BA”), a Virginia corporation with offices at 600 East Main Street, Richmond, Virginia 23261, and AlterNet of Virginia (“AlterNet”), a general partnership between Hyperion Telecommunications of Virginia, Inc. and Continental Cable Corporation of Virginia, Inc, with offices at 8145 Staples Mill Road, Richmond, Virginia 23228, and Hyperion Telecommunications of Virginia, Inc. (“HoV”), a Virginia corporation with offices at 324 West Main Street, Charlottesville, Virginia 22903. AlterNet and HoV are individually and collectively referred to herein as “Hyperion”.
