Subject to the approval of the Court, this Settlement Agreement (Settlement Agreement or Agreement) is made and entered into as of the Execution Date, by and between Jennie-O Turkey Store, Inc. (JOTS, and as hereinafter defined) and Class Plaintiffs (as hereinafter defined), individually and on behalf of a Settlement Class (as hereinafter defined), through Interim Co-Lead Counsel for the proposed Settlement Class, and in the above-captioned action (the Action).
